Lynn Museum Free Afternoon Talk: “Doorways of Lynn”

Buildings are fairly solid, but woodwork is replaceable. In this illustrated talk Adrian Parker (Chairman of the Friends of St Nicholas Chapel & Vice Chairman of King’s Lynn Festival) will discuss the design styles of the doors and windows – especially from 1670 to 1870 – that have survived around the town, and what changes in wealth or status of the residents it may imply.
