Malgwyn is an Edwardian house; it provides a good base for a seaside holiday. It is a few minutes’ walk to the sandy beaches, golf courses and the North Norfolk coastal path. Close to bird reserves, Sandringham and other places of historic interest. The accommodation is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large sitting rooms, one of which leads into the attractive enclosed south-facing garden and 3 bedrooms. The 1st floor balcony enjoys superb sunsets and sea views. Parking for 2 cars off road, shop 400yds and pub 110yds. Sitting room with comfortable seating, colour TV, radio and open fire, free internet access is available; sitting room 2/sun room with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, colour TV, DVD, French doors to the garden. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, table and chairs. Downstairs shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Bedroom 1 with 5ft double bed and washbasin, bedroom 2 with two 2ft 6" wide beds/5ft double bed and sea views. Family bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bunk beds, cot and sea views, French doors to the balcony. All beds are made up with duvets. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. Please bring your own towels (if you are from abroad, then we can supply them). Use of gas and electricity included in the rent. Weekly bookings start Fridays. Off-season weekend and mid-week breaks available (min. 3 nights) from £80.00 per night. LOW OCCUPANCY DISCOUNTS. Pets £25 each.

By Road:
From A147 take A149 to Hunstanton, Cromer. Follow until you reach big floral roundabout at Hunstanton, follow signs for Cromer A149. Pass police and fire stations, cricket ground and continue until you see the sea and the pitch and putt on your left. The road does a sharp turn to the right and you turn left as if you are going to the Le Strange Arms Hotel. Outside the hotel is a 5 way jct, take the middle road on the right (Wodehouse Road). Malgwyn is in a terrace of 5 white houses on the right.
By Public Transport:
The nearest station is Kings Lynn. There is a bus from the station to Hunstanton where it is possible in the summer to catch the Coast Hopper Bus to the Post Office in Old Hunstanton - then walk down Sea Lane to Wodehouse road and Malgwyn is in a terrace of white houses on the right.
